Tractor Shed Guidelines

To help ensure a relaxed and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following guidelines before your booking.

What’s Welcome

  • Table styling such as runners, flowers and vases

  • Free-standing décor including easels, cushions and small tables

  • External catering or bringing your own food (e.g. grazing tables)

  • Music or a solo artist, with volume kept at a respectful level for other visitors

A Few Restrictions

  • Alcohol cannot be brought onto the premises — wine and beer are available from the Cellar Door

  • Decorations must be freestanding only (no tape, blu-tac, pins or fixings on walls or surfaces)

  • Loose decorations such as confetti or table sprinkles are not permitted

  • No on-site cooking (including BBQs); use of the wood fire oven is not available

  • Kitchen access is not available for external caterers

Please Note

The space is to be left in the same condition as it was found.
Additional cleaning or damages may incur a fee.

Picnics at Bago

We love seeing families and friends gather and picnic at Bago, and we’re always happy to share our grounds with you.

Bring your own food or enjoy one of our grazing platters, available daily at the cellar door. For groups of 10 or more, we kindly ask that you book ahead by calling (02) 6585 7099 or via the contact link below.

Picnic Guidelines

There is no fee to picnic on the grounds.

Please note there is no wet weather contingency for picnic groups. For covered group bookings, please see The Tractor Shed.
