Throughout the experience, Jim shares stories and insights into the subtle differences between cheeses, wine pairing techniques and the joy of slow food enjoyed in the countryside.

Set on the scenic hillside cellar door just outside Port Macquarie, this experience blends informative tasting with relaxed vineyard views, local produce and warm country hospitality.
