Back by popular demand, our 2025 Tannat is an extremely limited release, with just 66 cases available. Our previous vintage sold out quickly, and we expect this one to do the same.
Aged in French oak barrels for over 12 months, this vintage has developed remarkable depth and elegance while gently softening Tannat's naturally bold tannins. The result is a beautifully balanced wine that is rich, smooth and wonderfully expressive.
Deep crimson in the glass, it opens with inviting aromas of ripe raspberry, blackberry and dark chocolate. The palate is generous and fruit-driven, with layers of dark berries, subtle spice and a long, refined finish. A small addition of 10% Cabernet Sauvignon brings extra balance, structure and finesse.
Perfect for enjoying now beside a crackling fire or cellaring for the next 5–10 years as the wine continues to evolve.
Pair with: slow-cooked beef, hearty winter casseroles, grilled lamb—or simply a square of 70% dark chocolate.
